Ok, a lot of non-British redditors seem to be confused. I'll explain.

"Alright" is just a common greeting, kinda like "How are you?" "Ya fitty" She is saying he is 'fit' which is the British equivalent of saying he is 'hot'. "I put milk in first" Here, this degenerate waste of oxygen is saying that when he makes a cup of tea, he puts milk in first, instead of the tea bag, then the water, and then the milk. He has basically just admitted that he regularly commits treason of the highest order against the Queen, her country, and her people. "You can fuck right off" I don't believe I have to explain this bit.
