I'm almost there. Started off at 412 down to 250s then I decided to hold for a few months. Level out for a bit, build some quality mass while I'm eating to support it, then go for another cut.
Every time I see these extreme before and after pics, it makes me start seriously wondering what kind of beautiful hunk is buried inside every extremely overweight person I encounter... It's like a Russian nesting doll of hotness...
