oh wow. I guess no one told you. Paella is one of the worst possible foods to post on reddit. 1000 people will appear to tell you how it's not authentic. It's almost as bad as a full english breakfast. "You didn't alphabetize your baked beans?? NOT A TRUE FULL ENGLISH!"
