I'm always talked over/ignored in groups. I've never had someone like that around me haha but high five to people like this who actually exist

I'm sure not all of us have somebody like this around in our conversations. So it's my goal to be that person next time it happens. It's easy to miss if you're not looking for it, but it's a simple and meaningful way to show that they're valued.
