I like how she instantly put a lot more effort into writing the text; not a single abbreviation in it. It's like she went from "normal work-related texting" to a "OMG, this is awesome!" type texting

You just reminded me that I did this to my friend recently.

I tagged along on a work trip with my husband. He was having drinks downstairs with coworkers and invited me to join.

Married 12+ years. ;) I swear, I love him very much.

About 10 years ago my mom sent my dad a text at about 2:30 AM. "Booty call." (My dad worked at a taxi company in a small town, so he was right down the road).

Except she mass texted it to everyone in her phone, including me, my brother and sisters, my sister's principal and teacher, my aunts and uncle, etc.

I was not very happy that, at the age of 20, my first booty call text came from my mom.
