Chef here. I find DOZENS of these little guys in the shittier oyster shipments we get. I got curious one day, looked it up: they're called Pea Crabs, little parasites that eat the food of the host. Normally we just throw them in the garbage, but I got curious and made some salt water for them in a little container. When I came back the next day, I saw, to my horror, that they had begun ripping each other's limbs off. Yuck
