Holy moly, mate - you post a lot! But you make quality posts so thank you for that. :) First thing I noticed in this picture is how muscular the penguins look! Maybe that's the lighting causing skin folds to appear that way?

The penguins voluntarily walk from their enclosure and do a circuit around the perimeter. They aren't encouraged to do this with bait, they do it because they want to. It's at the same time every day and is sometimes cancelled if the birds don't want to participate. The tradition started when a keeper accidentally left their gate unlocked, and decided to follow the curious penguins around the circuit and back to the gate to their enclosure. They don't go out on the streets or around other areas of the zoo. They have only taken part in rare parades on special occasions walking down Edinburgh's main street. Source: Lived in Edinburgh.
