Federal agents and local law enforcement recently raided the home of Wilson County pastor Greg Locke, who addressed the raid in a July 12 church service. Locke said the raid was part of a nearly two-year-long investigation into accusations of financial mismanagement in his leadership at Global Vision Bible Church. The Wilson County Sheriff’s Office confirmed in a statement the execution of search warrants alongside the FBI and IRS at Locke’s home and another location. Locke tearfullly described how more than 50 agents barged into his home a few weeks ago at 6 a.m. on a Sunday and took his devices and bank statements. He said the event was particularly hard in the aftermath of his son’s death. The pastor’s son Evan Locke, 20, died from an overdose when he couldn’t be revived after his heart stopped on May 8, according to a social media post by Greg Locke.

Controversial Tennessee Pastor Greg Locke says he and his family “have nothing to hide” after some 60 federal agents ransacked their home in a pre-dawn raid in an investigation alleging he misappropriated church funds and other crimes. Locke said his personal bank accounts, as well as the accounts for his church, have been canceled. He also said that in the next month, the church will lose its building. Jen Rockwell, a former Global Vision Bible Church member who started a social media campaign called “unlocked” to expose alleged corruption, financial manipulation and psychological control at the church, stated on Facebook that Locke sent her a “lengthy text message” on Sunday night stating her group got what they wanted. “I don’t know what you think unLOCKEd wanted or wants, but I assure you, we haven’t gotten it yet,” she wrote. “What we want has nothing to do with criminal investigations.”

In November 2024, Locke reneged on his promise to refund the tithes of congregants unhappy with his preaching.

In April 2024, Locke claimed someone left a trailer full of burning bibles outside his church.

Locke appeared here in February 2024 when he declared that people in wheelchairs lack faith in God.

A regular speaker at QAnon conferences, he earned national ridicule in 2022 when he complained that he was getting dildos in the mail after “exposing” six witches among his congregation.

As you may recall, a gay couple shouting “hail Satan” crashed Locke’s book burning in February 2022 and claimed to have thrown a bible onto the bonfire.

Locke was banned by Twitter back in 2021 but he’s since returned with Elon Musk’s approval.

Also in 2021, Locke declared that “Jezebel demon” Kamala Harris was operating a child sex trafficking ring in tunnels under the US Capitol.

He first appeared on JMG in 2020 when he threatened to kick in the teeth of a teen Dunkin’ Donuts employee for asking him to wear a mask in the store.

Shortly afterwards, Christian sites reported that Locke had been cheating on his wife with a much younger church secretary. He and his wife then divorced and he married his mistress.
