Manatees are so weird. Imagine living in sea water and you can only drink fresh water. They have no folds in their brain which isn't a good sign, yet, they have been observed to intentionally farm seagrass by eating less desirable algae. Nature's mystery.

Fun fact - it’s illegal to intentionally provide them water (like via a hose).
