Full disclosure: I am an Iranian-American, and vehemently against the Islamic Republic, but also vehemently against foreign interventions which include the bombing of Iranian civilians along with the destruction of the country, as we have seen with the US/Israel-Iran conflict.
People like Sarina need their stories told so the horrors of the Islamic regime can be seen by the world. In parallel, we must also realize that dropping thousands and thousands of bombs in a military operation done to advance the interests of two foreign nations is not the way to remedy the situation.
I say this because OP has made their position on this clear elsewhere, with comments like this one:
People need to understand that Israel and the US are very different, not only in their actions, but mainly in their objectives. Israel always carries out precise attacks against military and political targets; Israeli intelligence is responsible for locating IRGC members and for Khamenei's death
This is untrue. Israel does not "always" carry out precise attacks, and there are numerous documented cases in this conflict of Iranian civilians killed in Israeli strikes. These are the same civilians a post like this is memorializing. You cannot mourn Iranians killed by the regime while waving away Iranians killed by foreign bombs.
I bring this up so people are aware of the framing behind this post. Sarina's story needs to be told, but continuing military operations is not the way to honor her, and history shows these campaigns usually strengthen regimes rather than topple them which unfortunately seems to be the case here.

Too bad the US set that country back decades and was responsible for the revolution that installed the regime that did this

Shireen Abu Akleh would be 55 years old today, if the IDF had not directly targeted her via a sniper in 2022
