Michael Phillips, the man who believes he has the world's smallest penis, has landed the biggest opportunity.
A Beverly Hills doctor says he'll perform a $20,000 enhancement procedure free of charge for Michael. Dr. Robert Dorfman revealed that he was touched by Michael's story. "I understand how deeply personal these concerns can be. They can have a significant impact on self-esteem and confidence. If I have the opportunity to help someone feel better about themselves, I'm happy to offer my services at no cost," Dr. Robert told TMZ.
Michael, 38, has been medically diagnosed with a micropenis, and states that he has challenges using the bathroom with his .38 inch member and hopes a procedure can help ease the problem. For perspective, he compares his erect member to his pinky nail.
A micropenis is a clinical condition in which a male’s penis is normally formed but significantly tinier than the average size for their age. Diagnosis is assigned by pulling the penis straight from the base to the tip (stretched length) and comparing it to age-specific standards.
The condition is very rare, and affects only about 0.6% of people worldwide. In the U.S., approximately 1.5 in 10,000 newborns have a micropenis at birth, per Cleveland Clinic.
The chances of success in treatment are much higher when diagnosed and addressed during infancy.

The 38-year-old started a GoFundMe to pay for an enlargement surgery, but changed his mind after learning about the surgery's risks, such as losing sensation or the ability to get an erection.
He decided that he would get injection treatments instead.
Then Dr. Dorfman entered the picture, offering cosmetic filler injections to boost girth in 30 minutes, with no surgery required.

Dorfman tells TMZ that his mission is simple, to help people feel more confident through safe, individualized care.
Michael told the outlet earlier that he was considering entering the Guinness World Records for his minuscule member. However, if all things go as planned, Michael's tiny member might be in for a major enhancement.

The doctor offered injections to boost his girth, not length.
I feel like he needs length more than anything.
