I think this may be down to user error, you should feed the paper with laminate sleeve seam side first. I can see you fed the opposite end in and it’s causing misalignment. Try popping the white cover off (after turning off and unplugging the machine) to remove the jam. Then retry with a new printed sheet and new sleeve with the seam side inserted first.

Tape the laminator to whatever was out of order to really show how shitty everything is going.
