Well to be honest they are so badly worn the disk could be scored and it is is that will wear out the new pads quicker than before so you have 2 choices. 1 get the disk skimmed or 2 replace the disk. So you going to have to spend a bit more than just the pads.

Usually you'd have squealers squealing at you that it's suffering. Rotors probably need changing too
