On Friday, I saw Spencer Pratt at the opening of the LA Metro’s new Wilshire & La Brea station.
Someone on the sidewalk asked him, “Hey Spencer, are homeless people, people?”
Pratt filmed himself shooting back, “Oh, you mean drug addicts?”
He is running for Mayor of Los Angeles. A woman respectfully asked, “Why should you be mayor despite not having any experience?”
He got her on camera and said, “Hey guys, she likes homeless drug addicts near schools!”
