Long-range strike drones targeted Moscow overnight, with debris and damage reported just a few miles from the Kremlin, according to Russian media outlet Astra on May 4.

Videos show wreckage scattered across Mosfilmovskaya Street, an area located roughly six kilometers (about 3.7 miles) from the Kremlin, the fortified center of the city.

Footage suggests the drone may have been intercepted by air defenses or disabled by electronic warfare systems before impact.

Additional video showed a drone flying over the settlement of Drozhzhino, a southern suburb of Moscow, indicating that unmanned aircraft were able to penetrate the capital’s airspace.

Moscow mayor Sergei Sobyanin confirmed the attack, saying no casualties were reported.

“According to preliminary data, a drone hit a building in the Mosfilmovskaya area. There are no casualties. Emergency services are working at the scene,” Sobyanin said.

An explosion was reported in the area, and images circulated on Russian Telegram channels showed damage to the building.

Emergency crews were deployed to the site, and nearby streets were temporarily closed as authorities responded to the incident.

Earlier, reports emerged that Russia was likely relocating additional S-400 air defense systems to Moscow ahead of its May 9 Victory Day parade.

The footage showed components of the S-400 system being transported through the Russian capital. It remains unclear whether the systems represent newly deployed reinforcements or routine repositioning of units already on duty in Moscow.

Hmm, just after reports were coming out about Putin fearing an assassination attempt using drones…

Ukraine is getting bolder. Are we going to see a major leadership change before 2026 ends?

I really hope Ukraine ruins that stupid parade.
