San Gabriel Valley sees early surge of tiny black flies that bite human eyes.

SAN GABRIEL, Calif. (KABC) -- Small black flies with a wicked bite are swarming parts of the San Gabriel Valley, and experts say their unusual early arrival is overwhelming residents from Azusa to Altadena.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said Russia took satellite images of a US air base in Saudi Arabia three times in the days leading up to an Iranian strike that wounded American personnel.

The report stated that Russian satellites had taken images of Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia on 20, 23 and 25 March.

On 25 March, they photographed Prince Sultan Air Base – later struck by Iran – and on 26 March, the Shaybah oil and gas field and İncirlik Air Base. »

A massive 12-ton shipment of Nestle's crunch KitKat bars was stolen in a chocolaty heist that risks causing a shortage in stores right before Easter.

KitKat, owned by Swiss food giant Nestle, told AFP on Saturday that "a truck transporting 413,793 units of its new chocolate range has been stolen during transit in Europe."

KitKat acknowledged on Sunday that the 12 tons of its bars were stolen and is working with local law enforcement on the investigation. »
