Shouldn't the blame fall on one particular cabinet member with a drinking problem and a history of authorizing war crimes.
Edit: As many have pointed out, yes, any commanders who acted unlawfully should face harsh penalties, too. I am not arguing against that. War criminals are the scum of the earth. I would argue that focusing solely on them is not enough. As long as Hegseth and his war crime fetish are in charge, these things will continue to occur.
