Winged Dragon of Ra from YuGiOh on a Pokemon card.
Honestly, even if you're a fan of only 1, you'd recognize the other, and even if it's a fake card, it's a really well done one. Kudos on the quality.
My guess is this isn't meant to be one of those Dollar Store knockoffs, but a high-quality novelty proxy / Orica card.
So, yeah, it's not tournament-legal, but it's a cool-as hell novelty item that the kid will probably get a kick out of.
