The JULIYA KROS brand, founded by designer Juliya Perekrestova in 2015, focuses on inclusive design. The new collection centers on transformative clothing with reversible two-tone pieces, adjustable silhouettes and lengths, and removable elements that change a garment’s function — allowing one item to serve multiple roles in response to modern demands for mobility without sacrificing cohesion.
On the runway, functional clothing designed for veterans with varying levels of amputation was modeled by Russo-Ukrainian war veterans Ruslan Ivanov — who returned to professional sports after amputation — and Mykhailo Drobotenko, who became one of Ukraine’s strongest adaptive athletes after losing both legs.
Veterans Kristina Sanina and Oleh Khmilevskyi serve as ambassadors for the brand’s inclusive direction. The 30-year-old Sanina, who lost both legs at age 29 and became the first Ukrainian woman to receive titanium implants through osseointegration, walked with MP and strongman Vasyl Virastyuk. Sanina’s husband, Anton Zubruk, serves in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The couple has a young daughter.

Truly barbaric what the Ukrainians have had to go through. It doesn't feel like it has been 4 years since the invasion
