It's a bash bar for drifting but it's scratch made with a lot of creative choices that I personally would not have made.
For the sake of functionality I assume he's tried to give it a central jack point but it should have a shaft going top to bottom as well as the diagonals I also can't see a seat it just goes into the round stock at the bottom. NGL given the slant jacking it up on a rounded surface just feels unsafe.
I'd also personally added a connection between the top and bottom on the side. I've seen a lot without but to me it's just a good idea.
The kidney grills just look trash and if he does put it into a wall they'll just fuck up the hood. (assuming it'll ever see a track)
The teeth IMO are going to just being a problem. If you hit a tire wall (or really anything) at a track you need to pay for it. So having edges on the front frankly is just going to bite him in the ass.... assuming a track would even let it on given the risks as any crew prob dont want to slice themselves if they need to throw a rope around it to pull it out of a sand pit etc.
for comparison here is one that's professionally made. The jackpoint sits behind the lower bar to keep it safe and it's clear of the body work etc.

They only said I needed a bumper to pass inspection, not that the bumper needed to be safe to bump shit with.
