I used a 50/50 mix of bread flour and “00” pizza flour. Also used 14” pans I bought from Aldi a year ago. (They can be flipped and used for thin crust or pan crust)
Below is the link for the video. I searched a lot of recipes, this looked like the best one. It all came out great!
