I'm disgusted by the WH response to this. Let's say - just for the sake of the argument - that the shooting was justified. The responsible and, I must point out, NORMAL response to this incident is not to call her a fucking domestic terrorist.
The answer is to say "Today there was a tragic incident. One of our agent made a snap reaction, feared that Ms Good wanted to use her vehicle to ram officers. This will be reviewed, but this led to him discharging his weapon, killing Renee Good and leaving her children without their mother. This incident will be thoroughly investigated, our ICE officers will cooperate with state police, in the meantime I ask everyone to please calm down, and again, my condolences to the family." It took me two minutes to come up with such platitudes.
It's really telling that they make no efforts to de-escalate, no effort to even PRETEND that they care. For fuck's sake, an American citizen is dead, and they can't be bothered to care even a little. They are cartoonishly evil. And this is true no matter how you feel about whether or not the shooting was justified (let's face it, it wasn't), the administration doesn't give a shit that cops kill Americans.
Kristi Noem and the bastard who shot are the only domestic terrorists of the story. (Or at least, the main antagonists.)

Renee leaves behind a wife, a son, and two daughters. Their son lost his father in 2023. And now his mother.
I hope she finds everlasting peace, if such a thing exists.
