Just saw the clip and there is NO way that was self defense. The shooter approached from the front corner and had his gun pointed at her face before her car even moved. And she only started moving when shooter's buddy walked up to her door and immediately started yanking it and attempting to illegally enter the vehicle. He irrefutably was ready and wanted to kill.
Wow… I saw the news break on Reddit first. Then a few minutes later I checked my news feed on my desktop and every news story headline is that the woman “weaponized her vehicle” or “ICE agent shoots in self-defense”.
