A 37-year-old woman who was shot by a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent on Wednesday morning has died, according to several officials.

Several videos shared with 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS call into question the federal government’s narrative that the driver tried to strike agents.

The shooting drew a large crowd of protesters and law enforcement to the area of Portland Avenue and 34th Street in the city’s Central neighborhood community.
