Yup, that happens! Supposedly the one in every like hundred that tastes foul is for this reason… I haven’t eaten many pistachios since I heard that.

I’ve had that happen. I tried to use it as an opportunity to get some free pistachios, but I don’t think it worked 😆. They just responded with a statement about how it’s possible but their quality control removes 99.9 whatever %.
