It doesn't have any specific meaning -- it's just a collage of (Busan-related) words (like 안녕 = Hello, 한글 = Hangul, the Korean alphabet, 대한민국 = South Korea, 감사합니다 = Thank you, 부산 = Busan, 해운대 = Haeundae, popular beach spot of Busan, 소주 = Soju/rice wine) and characters arranged in an aesthetic way.
