it says Korea down the middle, and Busan on the left. the rest is surrounded by neighbourhood names in Busan (Haeundae, Gwangan, Jagalchi, etc.) it's difficult to parse because it's written stylistically and kind of all over

Korean-American here. It doesn't have any specific meaning -- it's just a collage of (Busan-related) words (like 안녕 = Hello, 한글 = Hangul, the Korean alphabet, 대한민국 = South Korea, 감사합니다 = Thank you, 부산 = Busan, 해운대 = Haeundae, popular beach spot of Busan, 소주 = Soju/rice wine) and characters arranged in an aesthetic way.
