Seriously cutting back on my drinking this Christmas and New Year’s. Thankful my drinking isn’t so bad that I’m starting when I wake up, but I do somewhat regularly drink during work (I WFH) enough to get me buzzed. And I would drink to drunkenness most weekends. But not anymore. Maybe I’ve just lost the taste for it since I turned 30 last month. Idk. And I don’t even know if I’ll stick with cutting back. Not much belief in myself, especially cause I’m writing this while drunk right now.

Good job!! I dry January’d and never went back. It’ll be 5 years next month.
