Fyi, in New York, the lowest levels are called "Supreme Court". The higher is "Court of Appeals".
The reason is stupid, but they are supreme b/c they hear all kinds of cases, not just "family court" or "bankruptcy".

UHC is currently refusing to pay the ambulance bill for my 12 year old son who had cardiac arrest about six months ago. They keep saying the ambulance was out of network.
