My family used to have one of these in white and i loved that fuckin unit. Loved being in the rear facing trunk seats and I think partial why I'm into hatchbacks today. Someone stole it outright when i was out with my dad on 4th of July and we never found out who. Rip.

Buick Roadmaster - V8, full frame, excellent sleeper and excellent tow vehicle. Buddy knew every tip and trick to keep them running, what GM part number to use for what (bean counter cheaped out on door latches, so when it busted, what to use).

He was 6'6' 260 pounds, and would tow his bathtub Porsche to road races, sleeping in the back. He tossed me the keys. Bilstiens, sway bars, he tuned that suspension and would take cloverleafs at 75 mph, and it flat out tracked like a go cart, but comfortable on long trips.

Does anyone remember the days of cheap 356 and weekend fun? He owned his for almost 50 years, and joked about its worth being more than his house!
