Do those bailiffs just stand there the whole time he’s in court? I don’t know the context of this shot or when relative to him sitting down it was taken, but it seems like this particular defendant is being given more direct scrutiny by law enforcement than most mass killer or serial killer defendants. Every time I’ve seen pics of him there’s been an overwhelming armed guard around him somewhere.
