Polish president Karol Nawrocki has decided to cancel a meeting with Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban following Orban's visit to Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.
On Wednesday, December 3, Nawrocki will travel on a two-day visit to Hungary to participate in a summit of Visegrad Group leaders.
On Thursday, the Polish president, accompanied by his wife, was scheduled to make an official visit to Budapest and hold meetings, including with Orban.
On November 28, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban arrived in Moscow and met with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin.
During the meeting, Orban stated that Hungary is ready to provide a venue for negotiations on Ukraine.
Putin, in turn, did not rule out that talks between Russia and the US could lead to a "peace summit" in Budapest. »
