I got a letter from my insurance stating that they’re denying my internal radiation. Even if I win the appeal, they still delayed my treatment.

These hearings are to discuss if the backpack will be used as evidence. Defense says it was taken and searched without a warrant and cop turned off body cam for 11 minutes while searching it
