This is the base of a footbridge that crosses Pacific Coast Highway. This is on the beach side which is not near the actual resort buildings but I can’t edit titles.
This was an apparent attempt to land in a parking lot to be used for tomorrow’s planned ‘Cars ‘N Copters’ event.
