It upset them so much that, from the day it was established to the current day, there has been a waiting list for families to tend to the graves of those who gave their lives to liberate them from fascism. You have to pay a fee - YOU pay THEM to do work - and the rights are basically passed down like family heirlooms until one family gets wiped out unexpectedly and then someone who has been on the list for a generation will get a chance to spend a few hours every Sunday making sure that the final resting place of their liberators is befitting of their sacrifice.
