Rudy Giuliani hospitalized following car accident in New Hampshire

Rudy Giuliani was hospitalized with multiple broken bones after his vehicle was "struck from behind at high speed" in New Hampshire, his spokesperson said Sunday.

According to his spokesperson, Michael Ragusa, Giuliani suffered "fractured thoracic vertebrae, multiple lacerations and contusions, as well as injuries to his left arm and lower leg."

According to New Hampshire State Police, troopers were responding to a report of domestic violence on the southbound side of Interstate 93 when they saw the crash involving Giuliani on the northbound side of the highway.

A Honda driven by a woman identified as 19-year-old Lauren Kemp hit the back of a Ford that Giuliani was riding in, which was being driven by his associate Ted Goodman, according to state police. All three were taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. Both vehicles were "heavily damaged," police said.

Ragusa said that before the crash, Giuliani was flagged down by a woman who was a victim of domestic violence. He "rendered assistance," contacted 911 and "remained on scene with her until responding officers arrived to ensure her safety."

In a follow-up, Ragusa said the crash was "not a targeted attack."

Giuliani's son, Andrew, who is the head of the White House's FIFA World Cup 2026 Task Force, thanked people who have reached out after the crash.

"As a son, I can tell you I'm honored to have a Dad that I can call the toughest SOB I've ever seen!" he posted on social media.

Giuliani rose to fame in the 1980s and '90s in New York City as a prosecutor before being elected mayor. After two terms as mayor, he dabbled in national politics, even running for president in 2008. Later, he became a close adviser to President Trump in his first term and became a key spreader of conspiracy theories targeting the ballot counters after Mr. Trump lost the 2020 election.

Giuliani was disbarred in New York and Washington, D.C. and he declared bankruptcy after being found liable for $146 million for spreading falsehoods about Georgia election workers.

"Rudy Guliani stopped in the middle of the road to solicit a prostitute and was struck from behind by another vehicle."

$10 says that's the real story.

That first paragraph about him helping a woman feels very suspicious to be included in a statement and really makes me wonder what else exactly happened.

For those who aren’t sports fans or too young to remember, look up Bobby Petrino’s motorcycle accident scandal that got him fired as the University of Arkansas football coach.

Petrino crashed a motorcycle and initially denied anyone else was involved, but then the police report said there was a woman also. That woman was a 25-year old former Arkansas volleyball player who Petrino had recently hired to work in their athletic department and he was having an affair with her. He was 51 and married with kids at the time.

Too few details to go so far on assuming stuff about this incident, but including details of helping a woman sure feels like they’re trying to cover up something or some detail of why he interacted with that woman.

Rudy Giuliani was hospitalized with multiple broken bones after his vehicle was "struck from behind at high speed" in New Hampshire, his spokesperson said Sunday.

According to his spokesperson, Michael Ragusa, Giuliani was diagnosed with "fractured thoracic vertebrae, multiple lacerations and contusions, as well as injuries to his left arm and lower leg."

The crash occurred Saturday night.

Ragusa said that before the crash, Giuliani was flagged down by a woman who was a victim of domestic violence. He "rendered assistance," contacted 911, and "remained on scene with her until responding officers arrived to ensure her safety." It's unclear how that incident is related to the car crash that injured the former mayor.

Wait, so getting behind the wheel hammered is now helping DV victims?
