Wes Moore might have discovered a more effective strategy. Dump doesn’t care when accused of lying, but he sure as hell cares about his image as a mentally-sharp, strong dictator. Instead of labeling his lies as falsehoods, maybe more observers should start questioning his mental acumen and memory. He’s been physically and mentally deteriorating at a troubling clip ever since he stepped into office. Pick out every untruth as slip of the poor old man’s fading memory.
