The city of Minneapolis said that there is no active threat at this time. Agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives have at least one firearm in their possession from the shooter, and they are beginning the tracing protocol, according to an ATF source in Minneapolis.
