It looks like this image is from October 18 2024. That's when Trump tweeted this picture with the following caption:

President Trump was honored to meet with great Arab American patriots in Hamtramck, Michigan yesterday — and receive a great endorsement from Democratic Mayor Amer Ghalib.

Hamtramck is America’s only Muslim-majority city.

Newly obtained surveillance footage reveals multiple instances of bundles of absentee ballots being dropped off by what appears to be a Hamtramck city council member.

Michigan State Police confirm the videos are part of an ongoing investigation.

Local 4 obtained more than 800 hours of city surveillance video through a Freedom of Information request.

In two clips, videos showed what appears to be council member Abu Musa dropping off bundles of absentee ballots at Hamtramck City Hall’s drop box during the recent primary election period.

In the first incident captured on video, a black pickup truck arrives at City Hall in the middle of the night.

The footage shows three men inside the vehicle, including what appears to be Council Member Musa in the back seat. The driver is seen stuffing multiple stacks of absentee ballots into the drop box, struggling to fit them all while repeatedly looking around.

Just four days later, surveillance cameras captured a second incident involving a different vehicle. The footage shows what appears to be the same council member in the passenger seat, handing three large stacks of ballots to the driver for deposit.

The incidents occurred shortly before the primary election, where Musa emerged as the top contender for City Council, receiving 1,129 votes.

Broader Pattern of Election Concerns

These revelations come amid heightened scrutiny of electoral practices in Hamtramck.

Two other city council members were recently charged with election fraud related to the 2023 race, involving similar allegations of bundled ballot submissions.

Ongoing Investigation and Response

Michigan State Police confirmed the surveillance videos are part of their active investigation.

Local 4 News, which obtained more than 800 hours of surveillance footage, continues to review the material for additional evidence.

Council Member Musa has not responded to requests for comment about the incidents.

Musa is also under investigation for allegedly not living in Hamtramck and was named in the 2023 election fraud investigation, but was never charged.
