Lay bottle on its side, hammy feet side down, and hold it. Put a piece of cheese or a treat a few inches from his nose. He'll get out. Food is a great motivator, and if he got in, he can get out.

Is it that he can't get out? Or that you can't get him out? I've seen hamsters go through some tight spaces
