The younger brother was knocked unconscious and suffered burns on his back and elbow.

The older brother recounts a "white light as bright as an arc wedding, a deafening explosion, being weightless and lifted off of the ground."

This picture has freaked me out for years. I spend a lot of time out in desert or mountains and because of this picture I’m always terrified of lightning when the weather turns

I was going into my house during a storm. H doorbell camera captured this, which was freaky to watch. As I got my keys out, I could hear crackling behind me I turned to look but nothing was there. Turned back around and lightening zapped behind me, maybe 15 feet back but across, not up/down. I'm not sure what it hit, but I jumped sky high and rushed into the house. I've never heard a sizzle in the air like that, and I hope I never do again.
