The Dallas subreddit where this was initially posted seemed to be taking issue with her having a baby out in 95° weather to sell to stopped cars. I missed it at first but there is an infant in her arms.
There's a bunch of people that do this in Dallas. They sell flowers and hold out signs saying they are raising money for a kid with cancer. The sign is always in the same style and I've been seeing this for years. They often have their kids with them for some reason as well. They are trying to pull at your heartstrings and are scumbags in reality.
