Here is my understanding of the events leading up to his death:
July 6, 2019 - Epstein is arrested at Teterboro Airport and taken into federal custody at the Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC) in Manhattan. He is placed in a general housing unit.
July 23, 2019 - Epstein is found semi-conscious in his cell with marks on his neck. Reports conflict. Some officials say it was a suicide attempt. Epstein later reportedly denies this and says he was attacked. His cellmate at the time, Nicholas Tartaglione, a former cop charged with murder, is questioned. Tartaglione denies assaulting Epstein and says he helped him. There is no definitive conclusion from the Bureau of Prisons. No surveillance footage is available from the cell. No medical photos of these injuries have been released to the public.
Epstein is placed on suicide watch.
July 29, 2019 - After only six days, Epstein is removed from suicide watch and downgraded to psychological observation. This is against normal procedure for a high-profile inmate with unexplained injuries. He is moved back to a regular cell in the Special Housing Unit (SHU).
July 29 – August 10, 2019 - Epstein remains in the SHU. His new cellmate is removed the night before his death, leaving him alone. The two guards assigned to check on him allegedly fall asleep and falsify the logbooks. They do not perform required checks. Surveillance cameras outside his cell malfunction or footage is later reported as corrupted or deleted. There are no photos or videos of Epstein during this time. None of the normal visual documentation associated with suicide risk management has been made public or appears to exist.
August 10, 2019 – Epstein is found dead in his cell at 6:30 a.m. Hanging is ruled as the official cause of death. A noose made from an orange bedsheet is found tied to the bunk bed. The ligature mark on his neck is horizontal and wraps nearly around the entire neck. It does not angle upward as expected in a hanging.
Autopsy results -Fractures are found in the left hyoid bone and both horns of the thyroid cartilage. This combination is rare in suicidal hangings, especially partial or low-drop hangings like this. The neck bruising is fresh and deep. There are no signs of healing injuries from July 23 visible. No old bruises, no yellowing, no scabbing. The ligature mark is deep, uniform, and consistent with a tight, narrow ligature applied under pressure. The sheet shown in crime scene photos does not match the mark in shape or width and appears too wide and soft to produce it. No skin cells, blood, or hair were found on the noose.
Dr. Michael Baden, a former NYC medical examiner who observed the autopsy at the family’s request, states the injuries are more consistent with manual strangulation than hanging.
Key inconsistencies
No video footage or photo evidence of the first injury on July 23.
No explanation for why suicide watch was lifted after six days.
No photos of Epstein between July 23 and August 10.
No blood or trace evidence on the noose.
Presence of a second knotted ligature found in the cell, not long enough to be used for hanging but formed in such a way to be used as a ligature. This was not tested for DNA.
The neck mark and fractures match strangulation more than hanging.
Camera failures and falsified logs undermine the official narrative.

People need to keep this story alive until something is done.

Can an actual medical professional chime in on this. I have no idea that what I am looking at is broken neck bones or not.
