THIS is why we need a voting holiday, voting on a weekend, voting my mail or just making it easier for folks to vote! ~100 million voters didn’t vote in the last presidential election!
The city isn’t super conservative anymore really. The city voted for Harris in 2024 and elected its first Black mayor, a progressive Democrat, last fall.
Exurbs around it and rural areas across the state are what makes Oklahoma so ruby red.
