The animals are quarantined behind security gates. A sale is pending, but the animals (3 seals, 2 sea lions, 31 beluga whales and 4 dolphins) must be relocated first. The park will never open again. It’s over.
This is the absolutely worst « zoo » I have ever seen. I went there in the mid 2000 and we were traumatized at how atrocious the conditions were. Not just the aquatic animals, the others as well (they had some deers that were on their bones and had no shades).
I am glad it is forever closed. It was one of the greatest Canadian shame.
