Say what you will about French publisher Ubisoft, it knows how to keep a game alive.

The company still supports ancient games like For Honor and Rainbow Six Siege today, and it’s not given up on its squad-based shooter The Division 2 either.

That ongoing support has been marked by the release of a new major expansion pack, Battle for Brooklyn, where the titular New York borough has been occupied by a pyromaniac clan known as the Cleaners.

Obviously, you’ll be tasked with, er, cleaning up the Cleaners across two new zones, with a massively expanded slate of gear and skills. The DLC actually comes with a 40 level booster, so if you want to skip through the original campaign to get to the new content, you can do so if you want to.

It’s impressive to see a game that originally released all the way back in 2019 get updated like this, but the release remains relatively popular even today, so we’re sure the support will draw back plenty of players.

Are you still a fan of The Division 2? Are you planning to play the Battle for Brooklyn expansion? Grab a bagel and let us know in the comments section below.
