If this is a sign on the Caliber Collisions, they need more than new management. Went to one bc insurance recommended them to repair a deer dent. It took 3 months to get our car back (new door and front quarter panel) and still had to hound them for a month to get decals put on that they “forgot”. They were also awful at communicating while they had our car. Never again, even with Paul gone.
