Fun story, one time a girl came in to do a withdrawal. Asked for $5 bill. I hand one to her, and she starts to step back then turns and says “no I want MY $5 bill!” I explain that’s not how banks work, the money is all mixed together and we don’t hold the specific bills aside for each individual. She explained that’s she met a guy at the club and he wrote his number on it and she had deposited it to keep it safe until she was ready to call him.
