Always get confused when I see this at Kroger. I seriously doubt they're shopping in my little, ghetto-ass neighborhood but it's close enough to a highway that maybe they're passing through?
Can anyone explain what’s going on I have no idea what this is..
Edit: several hours in and no answers.. I saw this at a local gas station as well, but figured it was just some deal the station had with members of those services. Any insight is appreciated

That gas costs no less than $6500 a gallon and you must wait at the pump 2 hours before it dispenses.
