I have seen the gates of Oblivion, beyond which no waking eye may see. Behold, in darkness, a doom sweeps the land. This is the 27th of Last Seed, the year of Akatosh, 433.

FAKE

Here is a different version of this image (same clouds, different water). Mysticcastle on Twitter adds:

This is a digitally altered photo, the sun halo is not real. Sun Halos only firm with Sun in centre and form much further away from centre of Sun, a 22 degs circle. In this image the Halo is only about 3 deg from centre so cannot be a real Halo.

/u/Aldiirk adds:

Fake. The sun (or moon) appears in the center of a halo. Halos also have fixed angles they can appear at due to reflection and refraction in cloud ice crystals. The water droplet based stratiform clouds shown in the image cannot produce halos.

Furthermore, the sun is "rising" out of a cloud bank at least 5 degrees above the horizon, while the cloud lighting is consistent with pre-sunrise or post-sunset conditions.

Quit your bullshit, OP.

Without a source, context, etc., it's a good idea to be skeptical.
