It would appear to be a heluva one of those. Reminds me of the cement truck that flipped over off a state highway and it was 100% full of cement and it was so heavy that nobody could remove it so they just left it there and painted it, and it's still a tourist "attraction" today.

Those things are expensive, you'd think they'd want it back but it's probably going to cost more than it's worth to recover it !
